Resize Method - Algorithm

PhotoELF allows you to choose which algorithm to use when resizing photos:
- Bicubic
- Interpolate & Average
The Bicubic method will produce images with more detail and fewer interpolation artifacts
when resizing an image to be larger than the original.
However, the Bicubic method will generally take 4 times longer to accomplish. This may or may not be noticeable on today's
processors, but if the images are very large, and your processor slow, it may be a factor in which method you choose.
If you are resizing images to be smaller than the originals, there is virtually no difference between the two methods.
